Your purchase of BLUE MOCKUPS Mockups and use of the Services shall be governed in accordance with this copyright notice. By purchasingBLUE MOCKUPS Mockups and using its Services, you indicate that you have understood the terms of this notice. If you do not agree with this notice, kindly refrain from using the Website.
All capitalized terms in this notice shall have the same meaning as ascribed to them in our Terms and Conditions unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
Each mockup purchased by you from the Website as also the structure and shape of the container (boxes/bottles) therein is protected by copyright laws of India (“Applicable Law”). You are only authorized to use the Mockups in accordance with the law and as stipulated hereunder:
- License to use the Copyright
BLUE MOCKUPS grants you a limited license to use the purchased Mockups in that each Mockup file purchased by you on the Website and the structure of a container therein can be used for your single commercial project or for your personal use. You may also use the container for the limited purpose of advertisement, marketing in different media, and promotional materials (Eg: on brochures, leaflets, ads in print media, presentations etc.) (“Authorized Use”) in relation to your commercial project. By no means shall this be construed as giving you right to distribute the Mockup and commercially make sale of the Container (instead of using it Authorized Use) without the prior consent of BLUE MOCKUPS. - Limit on the Use
Notwithstanding anything contained in this notice or the Terms and Conditions, the purchased filed shall only be used only for a single project and shall not be used for several packaging designs. For example, you may use the Mockup for your product of a lightening cream (which can be used for sale of as many lightning creams as you want), but the same Mockup shall not be used for your product of a hair mask.
Aforementioned point A and B are applicable to both free as well as paid Mockups and the shape/structure of containers therein.
*All the Mockups on the Website and the structure and shape of the containers contained therein are original conceptualization of BLUE MOCKUPS and are therefore subject to the Copyright laws of India.
